What materials can you machine?
We specialize in hardened tool steels such as P20, 718H, NAK80, H13, S136, SKD61, and SKD11 (up to HRC 52). We also machine copper alloys and fine-grain graphite for EDM electrodes. Solid carbide can be evaluated based on the specific project.
What is your maximum workpiece size?
Our largest CNC travel capacity is 850 × 700 × 500 mm. The maximum workpiece weight we can handle is up to 1,000 kg.
What tolerances can you hold?
Depending on the material and part geometry, we can achieve repeatable machining tolerances of ±0.005 mm and surface finishes down to Ra 0.4 μm.
Do you provide inspection reports?
Yes, every precision component undergoes 100% CMM inspection. A full dimensional inspection report and material certification are provided with the delivery.
